If your leave balance does not seem to reflect recent changes, it is likely due to the application status:
Pending Requests: Your balance is "reserved" as soon as you apply. If the manager has not yet approved or rejected it, the days remain deducted from your "Available Balance."
Cancelling Approved Leave: If you decide not to take a leave that has already been approved, you must go to Leave History and select "Request Cancellation."
System Sync: Once the cancellation is approved by your supervisor, the system automatically credits the days back to your balance within 5-10 minutes.
